letterina a Babbo Natale / letter to Santa

Caro Babbo Natale,
come ogni anno, torno a scriverti. Quest'anno da Tenerife per godermi un po' di caldo dopo il freddo degli ultimi tempi a Madrid.
Quest'anno, onestamente, ho avuto tanto: tempo per far ricerca (anche se, come al solito, non ho pubblicato) ed ho persino partecipato ad una scuola che è durata sei mesi!
L'anno prossimo, con la crisi ed il mio contratto in scadenza (anche se il mio rinnovo fino a Dicembre 2011 sembra cosa fatta), sarò pieno di preoccupazioni. L'unica cosa che ti chiedo è un contratto per il dopo Dicembre 2011.
Mi unisco alla richiesta di tutti gli Italiani per bene che chiedono dei rappresentanti migliori.

Dear Santa,
as every year, I am here writing to you. This year I am writing from Tenerife, so I can enjoy a bit the warm after the cold I have had during the last period that I spent in Madrid.
This year, honestly, I have had a lot: time for research (even if, as usual, I haven't published anything) and I even took part in a school which lasted six months!
Next year, with the chrisis and the end of my contract (although it seems that the renewal until December 2011 should be almost done), I will be very worried. I "only" ask you for a contract after December 2011.
I join all honest Italians'request for better representatives.
