letterina a Babbo Natale / Letter to Santa

Caro Babbo Natale,
come stai?
Io sono appena tornato da quattro notti di osservazioni a La Palma e sono un po' stanchino ma potrei star peggio.
Credo di essermi comportato bene quest'anno. Da aprile lavoro in Spagna (contratto di tre anni, proprio come t'avevo chiesto l'anno scorso, grazie!). Non ho strillato a nessuno (anche quando se lo meritavano) ed ho fatto anche dei lavori che non mi spettavano. Per chiudere l'anno ho anche ottenuto tempo a VLT. Decisamente un bell'anno.
Per il 2009, vorrei chiederti di poter andare a tutte le conferenze che ho in programma, di avere buon tempo durante le mie osservazioni (soprattutto quelle a VLT) e che GTC cominci a funzionare... vabbe', per GTC ti do' una mano io :-)

Dear Santa,
how are you?
I am just back from four nights observing in La Palma and I am a bit tired but I could be worse.
I think I behaved well this year. Since April I work in Spain (a three years contract, just as I asked you last year, thanks!). I haven't yelled at anyone (not even when they would have deserved it) and I even did works I didn't have to do. To finish nicely the year, I even got time at VLT. Defenitively a good year.
For 2009, I would like to ask you to be able to go to all the conferences I have planned, to have good weather during my observations (especially those at VLT) and to have GTC starting to work... allright, I may help for GTC :-)
