La vita e' una cosa meravigliosa.
Due mesi fa credevo che fosse tutto finito e invece sto per ripartire per il Cile dove saro' support astronomer del New Technology Telescope. Sono fiero ed onorato. E' una grandissima occasione.
Voglio condividere la mia gioia con tutte le persone che hanno letto questo blog e tutti quelli che, in un modo o in un altro, mi hanno appoggiato.
Per festeggiare, ho inaugurato due nuovi blog (in italiano, e' molto piu' facile per me):
il primo Dr. Ed's scientific diary e' un diario di quello che faro' da un punto di vista scientifico (insomma, non raccontero' delle serate a base di carne e vino)
il secondo il meridiano di La Silla e il meridiano di Frasso e' stato ispirato da un paio di libri visti in libreria a proposito di "un anno sotto le stelle".
Spero che siano interessanti.

Life is a wonderful thing.
Two months ago I thought that everything was over and now I am about to leave to Chile where I will be support astronomer of the New Technology Telescope. I am proud and honoured. It's a great occasion.
I want to share my happiness with all the people who have read this blog and all of those who, in a way or another, have supported me.
To celebrate, I started two new blogs (in italian, it's a lot easier for me):
the first Dr. Ed's scientific diary is a diary of what I will do from a scientific point of view (I won't tell about my evenings eating meat and drinking wine)
the second il meridiano di La Silla e il meridiano di Frasso has been inspired by a couple of books I've seen in a bookshop about "a year below the sky".
I hope they'll be interesting.
