Eastbourne (UK), 12-15/8/2006

Eastbourne e' una cittadina deliziosa proprio davanti alla Manica.
Ho passato tre giorni splendidi. La colazione era molto "intensa" (uovo fritto, bacon, fagioli ed una salsiccetta). La birra inglese, mi dispiace, non e' buona come quella belga ma sicuramente l'atmosfera inglese possiede un fascino unico.

La cosa piu' bella e' stato poter passeggiare lungo il mare ed ascoltare la risacca, guardare l'orizzonte, respirare la salsedine e lasciare che i pensieri prendessero la loro direzione.

La vacanza ad Eastbourne e' stato un bel rifugio, la quiete durante la tempesta di questa estate da globetrotter.

L'ultimo giorno in Inghilterra e' stato dedicato a Londra, ad inseguire le mie traccie... ma questa e' un'altra storia.

Eastbourne is a very nice town right in front of the Channel.
I spent three beautiful days there. Breakfast was very "intense" (fried egg, bacon, beans, and a small sausage). English beer, I am sorry, is not as good as belgian one but surely the english atmosphere has a unique charm.

The nicest thing has been to be able to walk along the sea and listen to the undertow, look at the horizon, smell the water and leave that the thoughts take their own way.

The holiday in Eastbourne has been a nice shelter from the storm of this globetrotter's summer.

The last day in England has been for London, following my footsteps... but this is another story.
