Eluana Englaro (2)

Lo scontro istituzionale creato attorno al "Caso Eluana" e' senza precedenti ma, a saper leggere, e' quello che Berlusconi cerca da piu' di trent'anni. Si articola in alcuni tre punti molto chiari:

• i giudici, brutti e cattivi, hanno scritto una sentenza che a Berlusconi non piace e vuole cambiarla. La magistratura deve obbedire al Presidente del Consiglio e alla sua politica
• il Presidente della Repubblica non si deve permettere di contraddire il Presidente del Consiglio
  
• il Parlamento deve eseguire gli ordini del Presidente del Consiglio

Risulta ovvio che Berlusconi intende creare un corto-circuito tra i poteri dello Stato. Questo e' esattamente lo schema della Loggia Massonica P2.
L'ultima novita' e' che Berlusconi vuole cambiare la Costituzione Italiana perche', dice, e' sullo stampo di quella dell'URSS. Un'accusa storicamente ridicola. La verita' e' che Silvio Berlusconi vuole imporre lo Stato previsto dalla P2. Questo e' un tentativo di Colpo di Stato.

The institutional clash created around the "Eluana Case" is unprecedented but, if one can read, this is what Berlusconi has been looking for in the last more than thirty years. It is organized in three very clear points:

• judges, bad and ugly, have written a sentence that Berlusconi does not liek and he wants to change it. The Bench must obey the Prime Minister and his policy
• the President of the Republic must not interfere with the Prime Minister
  
• the Parliament must obey the Prime Minister

It is obvious that Berlusconi wants to short-circuit the State powers. This is exactly the scheme of the Masonic Lodge P2.
The last news is that Berlusconi wants to change the Italian Constitution because, he says, it was written on the model of the one of U.S.S.R.. This is an historically ridicolous accusation. The truth is that Berlusconi wants to impose the P2 Country. This is an attempt of Coup.

Eluana Englaro (1)

Il caso di Eluana Englaro ha due facce: una umana e, ormai, una istituzionale. In due post distinti, cerchero' di riassumere la mia opinione su quello che accade.
Eluana Englaro e' in stato vegetativo da 17 anni e la Corte di Cassazione ha autorizzato la fine dei trattamenti che la tengono in vita.
Tanti (troppi) hanno commentato se sia giusto o sbagliato lasciar morire (o vivere) Eluana. Io, al pari di praticamente tutti coloro che si sono riempiti la bocca di sentenze squallide e morbose, non ho ne' l'autorita' ne' l'esperienza per esprimermi. Io, al contrario degli altri, ammetto di non sapere che cosa farei se un mio parente fosse nelle condizioni di Eluana.
Ammetto (perche' sono onesto ed ho il coraggio della mia onesta') che non so' nemmeno cosa vorrei se fossi nei panni di Eluana (puoi "volere" quando sei in stato vegetativo?).
Ci sono situazioni estreme che sono al di sopra delle leggi ed al di sopra delle ideologie. Questa e' una di quelle. Sarebbe molto bello se la discussione politica e religiosa non si accanisse sul dramma di questa famiglia e scendesse un rispettoso silenzio.
Purtroppo tutti vogliono dare la loro opinione e dimostrare la propria stupidita'.

The case of Eluana Englaro has two sides: a human one and an institutional one. In two different posts, I will try to summarize what I think about these things.
Eluana Englaro is in a vegetative state since 17 years and the "Corte di Cassazione" (the highest tribunal in Italy) has authorized the interruption of the treatments which keep her alive.
(Too) Many people have commented whether if it is right or wrong to let die (or live) Eluana. As much as almost all of those who filled their mouths with squallid and morbid sentences.I don't have neither the authority nor the experience to say anything. As opposed to the others, I admit that I wouldn't know how to behave if a relative of mine was in Eluana's conditions.
I admit (because I am honest and I have the courage of my honesty) that I don't even know what I would want for myself if I was in Eluana's shoes (can you actually "want" something if you're in a vegetative state?).
There are extreme situations which are above laws and ideologies. This is one of them. It would be very nice if the political and religious debate wouldn't hammer away at the tragedy of this family and a respecful silence would fall.
Unfortunately eveybody wants to give his/her opinion and show his/her supidity.
